About Du Lich Viet
Du Lich Viet is an inbound travel marketplace for Vietnam: experiences, stays, flights and ground transport, compared and booked in one place by people arriving from abroad.
What we do
Planning a trip to Vietnam usually means five tabs, three languages and a payment page that rejects a foreign card. We put the four things a traveller books — something to do, somewhere to stay, a way in, a way between cities — behind one search and one account.
Every experience is run by a local operator. We are the shopfront and the support desk, not the guide: the person who meets you at the pier works for the company that runs the boat.
Where we have reached
Experiences are live and bookable across the destinations in our directory. Stays, flights and transport are built and visible, but the inventory behind them is sample data while those supplier connections are finished — every one of those pages says so on the page itself, and none of them will take a booking.
Booking a tour files your booking and takes you to the payment step. You pay on our payment partner's secure page — card and bank details never reach this site — and once the payment arrives we confirm your place with the operator.

How we work
Two rules shape most of what you see. The first: never claim something we cannot check. A price, a rating, an availability count and a confirmation are promises, and a marketplace that renders them before it can keep them is training its travellers not to believe it.
The second: the operator owns the experience. We publish what they tell us, we pass on their cancellation terms as written, and when something goes wrong on the day, we are the ones who answer.

Registered entity, office address and tax details are not published here yet. They will be, together with the terms of use, before bookings and payments open — a marketplace that takes money should be easy to identify, and that page is worth publishing once rather than twice.
