How booking works
What happens between choosing an experience and hearing back from the operator.
The steps
Pick an experience, choose an option, a date and how many of you are travelling. The total is shown before you go any further, and it is the price per traveller multiplied by your party — there are no fees added at the end.
You do not need an account. Book now goes straight to the details and payment, and the booking is kept for this browser so you can come back to it. Signing in is worth it for two reasons: the contact fields arrive prefilled, and every booking is gathered in one place instead of one browser.

- Confirm your contact details at checkout
- Choose how to pay, then pay on our payment partner's secure page
- You get a reference like INB-7QK2M4, and a payment reference if you paid
What “awaiting confirmation” means
A new booking shows “Awaiting payment”: nothing is held for you and you are not committed, and you can cancel it yourself. Once the payment arrives it shows “Paid · confirming” while we confirm your place with the operator, and “Confirmed” once they have.
Changing a booking
Changing a date or a party size is not something you can do yourself yet. Before you pay, cancel the booking and make a new one. After you have paid, contact us and we will change it with the operator or arrange a refund.
