Payment options
How paying for a booking works, and what happens to your card details.
Du Lich Viet never sees your card or bank details. You pay on our payment partner's own secure page, and the partner confirms the payment to us directly.
What the payment step does
After you confirm your details, you choose one of the ways to pay that are open for your booking, and you are sent to our payment partner's secure page to complete it.
When you come back, the result page shows what the payment partner has confirmed to us. It can take a few seconds for that confirmation to arrive — the page updates by itself, so please wait rather than paying again.
- Paid — the money arrived; we confirm your place with the operator and email you
- Did not go through — nothing was charged, and you can try again
- Being checked — something needs a person to look; do not pay again, we will contact you
About your card details
Card and bank details are typed on the payment partner's page, not on this site, so they never pass through our servers. What we keep is the amount, the outcome the partner reported, and the partner's reference for the transaction — the reference support uses to trace a payment.
If online payment is not open for your booking
The ways to pay are switched on per product. If none is open for your booking yet, the payment page says so, nothing is charged, and your booking stays saved while we contact you about how to pay.
Currency
Prices are quoted in Vietnamese dong. A currency switcher is coming; it will convert for display only, and the operator will still be paid in dong.
