For tour operators, activity providers and accommodation owners in Vietnam who want their inventory in front of travellers planning from abroad.
Partner onboarding opens with the supplier contract and the payout process. There is no application form yet, and any page that asked you for documents today would be collecting them with nowhere to send them.
Who we work with
Licensed operators running their own experiences, and properties that can confirm a booking within the day. We list the operator who runs the activity, not a chain of resellers — a traveller should be able to see whose boat they are getting on.
- A valid operating licence for the activity you run
- Insurance appropriate to the activity
- A person who answers within the day, in Vietnamese or English
- Cancellation terms you are willing to see published verbatim
What listing involves
You supply the product — description, options, prices, availability and cancellation terms. We handle the shopfront: search, comparison, the booking flow, and the traveller's questions before the day.
Commercial terms, commission and payout timing are being finalised with the first operators. They will be published here before applications open, rather than negotiated differently with everyone who asks.
When onboarding opens
The first cohort is being worked with directly. When applications open, this page becomes the form: business details, licence, the products you want listed, and how quickly you can confirm a booking.
